Recipe: Chayote and lemon elixir
Ingredients :
½ chayote, peeled and chopped
Juice of 3 fresh lemons
1 cup (≈ 200–250 ml) of water
1 teaspoon of honey (optional, according to taste)
Preparation :
Peel and cut the chayote into small pieces.
In a blender, combine the chayote and water. Blend until smooth.
Add the lemon juice.
If you wish, add a little honey to sweeten it.
Mix well, then filter if you prefer a smoother texture.
Drink on an empty stomach in the morning or between meals, ideally once a day.
