Flan aux pommes et yaourt

Preheat your oven to 180°C (gas mark 6) and grease a cake tin.

Place the diced apples at the bottom of the mold and sprinkle them lightly with sugar.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the caster sugar until the mixture turns white.

Add the yogurt, milk, vanilla extract and lemon zest (if used), and mix well.

Pour this mixture over the apples in the mold.

Bake for approximately 40 to 45 minutes, or until the flan is golden brown and set.

Let it cool slightly before unmolding and serving this delicious apple and yogurt flan. You can enjoy it warm or cold.
